About the Opportunity:
As Lucas Collective continues to grow, we’re looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join our team.

Reporting to the General Manager of Operations, you’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of an allocated portfolio of venues, driving operational excellence, commercial performance and high standards across every aspect of the business.

You’ll work closely with venue leadership teams to optimise processes, achieve financial targets and build high-performing teams, while ensuring our people have the support and development they need to grow

You’re an experienced hospitality leader with a robust track record across multiple venues and a genuine passion for people, performance and exceptional guest experiences.

You’ll bring:

- Demonstrated experience in a senior management role overseeing a multi-venue portfolio
- A proven track record of leading high-performing teams and delivering strong commercial results




- Strong business acumen and a solid understanding of financial performance
- The ability to translate company strategy and vision into clear direction for teams
- Exceptional leadership skills, with experience motivating and developing large teams
- Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills
- The ability to remain calm and effective in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience with Deputy (or similar workforce management systems) and H&L; (or similar stock control systems)
- A relevant qualification in Hospitality Leadership or Management is advantageous
