KirraLina Cleaning Services Pty Ltd is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Domestic / Commercial Cleaner to join our team on a casual basis. This position offers flexibility and the opportunity to work across both residential and commercial properties in the Tweed Heads NSW and Southern Gold Coast QLD area. As a Domestic / Commercial Cleaner, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene standards of our clients' properties, ensuring they are welcoming and well-maintained environments. Your work will directly impact client satisfaction and the reputation of KirraLina Cleaning Services.
What you'll be doing
- Performing routine cleaning tasks including vacuuming, mopping, dusting and surface wiping across residential and commercial spaces
- Cleaning and sanitising bathrooms, kitchens and other facilities to the highest hygiene standards
- Emptying bins, removing rubbish and disposing of waste appropriately
- Using cleaning equipment and products safely and effectively
- Following cleaning schedules and completing assigned tasks within allocated timeframes
- Reporting any maintenance issues or property damage to management
- Maintaining a professional appearance and conducting yourself courteously with clients
- Respecting client privacy and maintaining confidentiality in all homes and offices visited
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in domestic or commercial cleaning, or demonstrable attention to detail and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
- Reliability and punctuality, with the flexibility to work varying hours as a casual employee
- Physical fitness and capability to perform manual cleaning tasks for extended periods
- Proficiency in using standard cleaning equipment and chemical products safely
- Excellent communication skills and a professional, courteous manner when interacting with clients
- Willingness to follow health and safety protocols and cleaning standards
- A valid driver's licence and reliable transportation to travel between properties is preferred
