Are you highly organised, analytical and passionate about beauty, self-care and lifestyle products? Join Allkinds as our Merchandise & Production Coordinator and play a key role in ensuring our customers can find the products they love, wherever they shop.

Working closely with our Planning, Product, Retail, Merchandising and Supply Chain teams, you'll coordinate the end-to-end flow of stock across Stores, Online and Wholesale. From raising purchase orders and coordinating production timelines through to allocation, replenishment and reporting, you'll help ensure the right stock is in the right place at the right time.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in merchandising, allocations, inventory, buying or retail operations who is looking to build their career in merchandise management.

THE ROLE:

- Manage the flow of inventory across Stores, Online and Wholesale, ensuring stock is available where and when it's needed.
- Execute allocation and replenishment activities based on sales performance, inventory levels and forecasts.
- Monitor stock levels, sell-through and replenishment needs, identifying risks and opportunities.
- Coordinate production timelines and WIP, working closely with suppliers and internal teams to keep deliveries on track.
- Partner with Planning and Product teams to manage purchase orders, range updates and seasonal requirements.
- Coordinate promotional activity and monitor promotional performance and competitor pricing.
- Coordinate Gift Set builds, managing stock & packaging deliveries.
- Prepare and analyse trade, category and wholesale reporting, providing insights to support commercial decisions.
- Manage product and item information across D365, POS and online systems, ensuring data accuracy.
- Coordinate logistics, shipment and warehouse requirements to ensure stock arrives on time and is ready for sale.
- Support product quality, testing and compliance requirements, ensuring products meet required standards.




- On-site role 5-days per week, based in our St Kilda Road offices.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

- 1+ years' experience in allocations, merchandising, buying, inventory management, retail operations or a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, filtering and sorting.
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- A proactive problem solver who takes initiative and adapts well in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A collaborative team player who works effectively across multiple teams and stakeholders.
- An interest in product manufacturing and construction would be advantageous.
- A genuine passion for beauty, self-care or lifestyle products.
- A degree in Commerce, Business or a related field is desirable but not essential.
