Our client is a leading global retail group with a portfolio of well-known international brands. We’re currently looking for a Junior Product Coordinator to join their product team, supporting across two of their exciting brands.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administrative and coordination experience who is looking to build a career in product, fashion or retail.

What You’ll Be Doing
Working closely with the Product, Buying and Planning teams, you’ll play an important role in keeping the product development process running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing and maintaining the critical path, ensuring key deadlines and milestones are tracked
- Coordinating product information and supporting the team with day-to-day administration
- Working closely with Buyers, Planners and the Product team to ensure timelines stay on track
- Supporting with showroom set-ups and preparation for key product meetings
- Coordinating samples, product information and other materials across the product lifecycle
- Assisting with presentations, meetings and seasonal product processes
- Following up with internal stakeholders and helping to keep projects moving
- Providing general administrative and coordination support to the wider product team

About You




We’re looking for a proactive and organised junior candidate who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
You’ll ideally have:

- Previous administrative, coordination or assistant-level experience
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Confidence communicating with different teams and stakeholders
- A proactive, hands-on approach and willingness to learn
- An interest in fashion, retail, product or consumer brands
- Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
