With a busy bistro service, functions, and events, the hotel is seeking a dynamic and skillful Cook to join its kitchen team and contribute to consistent, high-quality dining experiences.

This role is ideal for a motivated Cook who thrives in a fast-paced hotel environment and enjoys working as part of a collaborative team.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

- Preparing, cooking, and presenting food to a high standard across daily service and functions
- Assist chefs and Sous Chef for daily kitchen operations.
- Ensure food safety, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness are maintained.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment during peak service.
- Collaborate with the team to deliver an excellent dining experience

About You
- Relevant commercial cookery qualifications
- Proven experience as a Cook in a hotel, pub,



or high-volume hospitality venue
- Robust understanding of food safety standards and kitchen operations
- Ability to work well under pressure and across a rotating roster
- Team-focused attitude with good communication skills
