We specialise in assessment and therapy for neurodiverse children, including those with Autism, ADHD and other developmental differences. Up to 10 weeks paid leave

Enjoy up to 10 weeks of paid leave each year, including three two week breaks during school holidays and four weeks over the Christmas and summer period.

Your own office in a purpose built paediatric facility

You will have your own office, providing a dedicated space for therapy, clinical work and documentation.

Our purpose built facility also incorporates a large gymnasium, providing space and equipment for engaging, movement based and sensory focused therapy.

You will also be provided with your own laptop and iPad, giving you the technology and resources you need to work effectively.

Administration support that actually takes administration off your plate

Our experienced administration team manages appointment scheduling, rescheduling and billing.

They also coordinate clinician diaries to ensure protected time is allocated for report writing, case notes, meetings and other non clinical responsibilities.





That means less time managing administration and more time focusing on your clients and clinical work.

Supervision and mentoring protected in your schedule

Supervision and mentoring are built into your schedule, not squeezed in when there is time.

We intentionally protect this time in every clinician’s diary, with the frequency and focus tailored to your experience, professional goals and individual support needs.

For graduates, this provides the structure and guidance to develop confidence. For experienced clinicians, supervision respects your expertise and supports your continued clinical and professional growth.

What your week could look like

Your week will be varied, meaningful and well supported. You can expect to:

• Deliver evidence informed assessment and therapy to neurodiverse children

• Develop meaningful intervention plans that support children and their families

• Coach parents and collaborate with schools, kindergartens and other professionals

• Deliver individual and group therapy programmes

• Work alongside psychologists and other allied health professionals to provide holistic care

• Participate in supervision, career development and team collaboration

• Contribute your knowledge and ideas to clinical discussions and service development

For experienced and Advanced clinicians, there are also opportunities to mentor developing OTs and contribute to strengthening clinical practice across the team.

About you

First and foremost, you enjoy working with children and families, value collaboration and are committed to providing high quality, family centred care.

You will also have:

• Master of Occupational Therapy, Bachelor qualification welcomed

• Current AHPRA registration, or eligibility to obtain registration within three months

• Current Working with Children Check

• Full Australian working rights

• Current driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle

Paediatric and neurodevelopmental experience is highly regarded for experienced applicants, but is not essential for graduates.

We warmly welcome applications from 2025 and 2026 graduates, early and mid career OTs, and experienced or Advanced Occupational Therapists who share our passion for paediatrics.
