About the role

We're seeking a Clinical Manager with at least 5 years' experience in clinical management within a community care setting, to take full ownership of service delivery across all clients in the agency. Reporting to the Clinical Director, you'll lead the clinical team and work alongside Clinical Leads and Clinical Support staff to ensure consistent, high-quality, person-centred care nationally, while building a positive and high-performing team culture. This role includes on-call and after-hours responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

- Own end-to-end service delivery for all clients across the agency

- Lead and guide the clinical team in delivering safe, high-quality, person-centred care

- Drive clinical governance, ensuring practices meet relevant standards and regulatory requirements across the client base

- Direct and coordinate the work of Clinical Leads and Clinical Support staff

- Set and manage timeframes, deadlines and service standards across the clinical team's workload

- Build and maintain a positive, supportive and accountable team culture

- Participate in an on-call/after-hours roster to support urgent clinical needs

- Own escalation and resolution of clinical issues across the client base





- Report to the Clinical Director on service delivery performance, risk and continuous improvement

About you

- Minimum 5 years' experience in clinical management, specifically within a community care setting

- Demonstrated experience owning service delivery outcomes, not just supporting them

- Proven ability to deliver a high standard of patient care at scale

- Strong leadership skills, with a track record of positively influencing team culture

- Excellent time management and organisational skills, able to meet deadlines

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Sound understanding of clinical governance principles and practice

- Willingness and ability to undertake on-call/after-hours duties

- Comfortable in a small business environment — hands-on, adaptable and team-oriented

- Relevant nursing registration (AHPRA) required
