Your Role

We are seeking a motivated Graduate Structural Engineer to join our growing team. The role will primarily involve structural inspections and site investigations, with opportunities to assist with drilling activities and support residential design projects. This is an excellent prospect to gain practical experience across both field and office-based engineering activities.

You’ll:

- Conduct on-site structural inspections, compliance inspections, investigations, and assist with drilling activities as required.





- Gather site information and prepare clear, accurate inspection and investigation reports.

- Assist with the preparation of structural designs, calculations, and engineering documentation for residential projects.

- Utilise structural engineering software and CAD packages to support project delivery.

- Support project coordination and provide general assistance to the Residential Design team.

- Liaise with clients, builders, contractors, and internal stakeholders both on-site and in the office.

- Contribute positively to a collaborative team environment while developing technical engineering skills and industry knowledge.

What You’ll Bring

- Recently completed a Bachelor of Civil or Structural Engineering.

- Understanding of residential construction, structural design principles, the NCC, and relevant Australian Standards.

- Experience using structural engineering software and CAD packages.

- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and time management skills.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work independently and within a team.

- Valid Australian Driver's Licence (manual preferred) and Construction White Card, with a willingness to undertake regular site inspections and drilling activities where required.
