The service is a 100-place Long Day Care centre supporting a diverse community of families and educators. With an Assessment & Rating cycle anticipated within the next 12–18 months, this role would suit someone who thrives in a hands-on leadership position and is passionate about quality outcomes for children, families and teams.

About the Role

As Centre Manager, you will lead the day-to-day operations of the service while mentoring and supporting a developing leadership team. This role requires a resilient and proactive leader who can confidently support team performance, occupancy growth and overall service quality. A wider leadership structure across HR, Compliance and Pedagogy will support you.

- Lead the overall operations of a 100-place Early Learning service, ensuring high-quality education and care in line with the National Quality Framework,



company policies and child-safe practices.
- Manage, mentor and develop a large multidisciplinary team, driving performance, accountability, engagement and a positive workplace culture focused on retention and quality outcomes for children and families.
- Oversee occupancy, financial performance and day-to-day service operations including roster management, budgeting, compliance, enrolments and stakeholder communication.
- Build strong relationships with families, the local community and external stakeholders to maintain a positive reputation within the community and support ongoing service growth.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the service, including preparing for Assessment and Rating, implementing compliance and safeguarding standards, and leading operational and educational excellence.

About You
To be successful in this position, you will:

- Have previous leadership experience within Early Childhood Education
- Be confident leading teams and holding staff accountable
- Have strong knowledge of the NQF, EYLF and compliance requirements
- Be passionate about mentoring educators and developing culture
- Have experience working within diverse communities
- Be confident supporting inclusion practices and children with additional needs
- Hold a relevant Early Childhood qualification (Diploma or ECT will be considered)
