Multiple Positions | September Start | Ongoing Project Work

701 Recruitment is currently seeking experienced Plant Operators for a bulk earthworks project based in Bajool, QLD, commencing approximately the second week of September and running through to mid-December 2026.

We are looking for:

- GPS Excavator Operators
- GPS Dozer Operators
- Dump Truck Operators
- Roller Operators
- Watercart Operators

The Prospect:

- Bulk earthworks project
- Bajool, QLD
- Commencing approx. second week of September
- Project running through to mid-December
- Monday - Friday, with potential Saturday work
- 10.5-hour shifts
- Locals to the area **NO accommodation provided**

About You:
We are looking for reliable, experienced operators who can confidently work on a busy bulk earthworks project and operate their machinery safely and efficiently.

- Previous civil construction experience




- Relevant RII tickets for relevant machine operating positions
- Relevant plant operating experience for the role you're applying for
- Construction White Card
- Current Driver's Licence and reliable transport
- GPS experience essential for Excavator and Dozer positions
- Ability to work safely in a fast-paced construction environment
- Strong work ethic and reliability

Onboarding Requirements:

- SSAN training is highly regarded
- Successful candidates will complete an online registration process
- Police check required
- Candidates must have a clean criminal record
- Police check/application fee of $215.60 is payable by the successful candidate
