We're looking for a passionate and capable Senior Leader for Secondary Learning to join our team for short term contract, commencing 12/10/2026 – 11/12/2026

The Senior Leader (Secondary Learning) plays a key leadership role in driving high-quality teaching and learning for secondary students across the site. Working in close partnership with the principal, leadership team, staff, students, families and community members,



the Senior Leader provides strategic and operational leadership to strengthen curriculum delivery, improve student outcomes and ensure effective pathways for post-school success. The role includes leading secondary curriculum development, supporting teachers with evidence-based instructional practices, overseeing assessment and reporting processes and ensuring learning programs are inclusive, rigorous and aligned to site priorities.

What you will do:

A strong focus of the role is supporting student engagement, wellbeing and retention in the secondary years, with a particular emphasis on improving attendance, strengthening learning pathways and embedding high expectations for achievement. The Senior Leader also works closely with Anangu staff and community members to ensure secondary learning programs reflect local culture, language and aspirations, while building solid transitions into further education, training and employment.
