About the role

You'll be responsible for the installation, commissioning and servicing of solar and battery systems, working as part of a skilled installation team.

Key responsibilities

- Installing and commissioning solar PV and battery energy storage systems

- Residential and commercial solar and battery installations

- Switchboard upgrades and associated electrical works

- Testing, fault finding and troubleshooting

- Reading plans, single-line diagrams and technical documentation

- Ensuring installations meet relevant Australian Standards and safety requirements

- Completing installation and commissioning documentation

- Working closely with project managers, customers and other trades

- Maintaining a high standard of workmanship and site safety

About you

- Current Electrical Licence

- Current SAA accreditation relevant to solar and battery installations

- Demonstrated experience installing solar PV and battery systems

- Strong understanding of electrical standards and safe work practices

- Good fault-finding and problem-solving skills

- Current driver's licence





- Strong attention to detail and pride in your workmanship

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Good communication and customer service skills

Commercial solar and battery installation experience is highly regarded, particularly experience working on larger systems, commercial switchboards, three-phase installations and associated electrical infrastructure
