The Role

Working in a dynamic finance team environment, this role partners with Retail Asset Management, Property Management, Funds Teams and external stakeholders.

-financial performance and reporting
-budgeting and forecasting for a portfolio of retail assets
-leasing and income analysis
-capex and investment analysis
-stakeholder partnering including asset managers, capital transactions, funds team and senior management in finance
-systems, data and process improvement
-manage a small team including Property Accountant and Property Administrators

The Person

-CA/CPA/CFA qualified or near completion of these qualifications
-Retail property accounting and analysis experience
-excellent analytical skills, ability to build intuitive, agile and robust Excel models
-experience creating, validating, reviewing and analysis of large sets of data
-prior staff management experience
