M&B; Building Products is looking for motivated Warehouse Team Member to join our busy Doors Warehouse team at Bayswater.

We’re not just looking for people who can pick, pack and load product. We’re looking for people with the right attitude, strong work ethic and a growth mindset who want the opportunity to develop, take on greater responsibility and potentially progress into a Team Leader role.

The role

Working as part of our Doors Warehouse team, your responsibilities will include:

- Picking and preparing customer and branch orders accurately

- Loading and unloading doors and associated building products

- Checking products for quality and damage before dispatch

- Receiving, storing and locating stock correctly

- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe warehouse

- Assisting with stock counts and inventory accuracy

- Working closely with Despatch, Sales and other warehouse teams

- Following safe manual handling and operating procedures

- Helping ensure our customer promise of “On Site, On Time, In A1 Condition” is achieved every day

What we're looking for

Previous warehouse, timber, building products or construction industry experience would be advantageous, but attitude and reliability are equally important.

Ideally, you will have:

- Previous warehouse or stores experience

- Good physical fitness and confidence handling bulky products

- Strong attention to detail

- A safety-first approach

- Good communication and teamwork skills

- A current forklift licence

- A willingness to learn and take on additional responsibility

- A genuine interest in developing your career
