The Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Assembly & Test Technician to join our Production team and support the manufacture of high-quality electronic products.

Reporting to the Assembly and Test Technician Lead, this hands-on role is responsible for assembling, testing and troubleshooting electronic products while supporting day-to-day production activities. Working closely with the Final Assembly team, Production Engineering, and Design and Engineering, you will help ensure products are built to specification and delivered on time and to the highest quality standards.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with electronics assembly experience who enjoys practical work, problem-solving, and being part of a collaborative manufacturing team.

Key Responsibilities

- Assemble electronic products in accordance with work instructions, drawings and specifications.

- Perform testing and basic fault-finding activities.

- Complete production tasks safely, efficiently and to quality requirements.

- Identify and report production issues and defects.

- Support investigation and resolution of product and process issues.

- Assist with the introduction of new products into production.





- Contribute ideas for process improvements and efficiency gains.

- Maintain accurate production and quality records.

- Support the training and onboarding of new team members as required.

- Participate in 6S and continuous improvement activities.

- Work collaboratively with Production, Engineering and Quality teams.

- Ensure compliance with safety, quality and company requirements.

What We're Looking For

- Experience in a manufacturing, assembly or production environment.

- Experience assembling and testing electronic products is highly desirable.

- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

- Basic fault-finding and troubleshooting capability.

- Ability to read and follow work instructions, drawings and documentation.

- Good communication skills and a collaborative approach to work.

- A practical, hands-on mindset with a willingness to learn.

- Good organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.

- Commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement.
