About the role

We are seeking experienced HR & MC Truck Drivers to join our team at Winston Express Haulage. Based in St Marys, NSW, we are looking to fill the following roles:

HR Drivers - Local & Country

MC Drivers - Country & Interstate on general and express freight

MC Drivers - Interstate Express (Night Driving Experience Required)

As a key member of our transport team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the timely and safe delivery of goods for our diverse client base.

What you'll be doing

- Safely operate Rigid, heavy combination or multi combination curtainsided and flattop vehicles to deliver freight to customers across country NSW and interstate

- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, inspections, and any issues encountered

- Adhere to all relevant road transport regulations and company policies

- Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and other stakeholders

- Perform routine vehicle inspections and reporting of any issues

What we're looking for

- A valid HR (Heavy Rigid) or MC (Multi Combination) driver's licence

- Proven experience as a truck driver in the road transport industry, ideally 2+ years

- Able to secure freight using straps and angles and dogs and chains

- Excellent driving skills and a commitment to safe driving practices

- Solid time management and problem-solving abilities

- Good communication and customer service skills





- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Understanding of road transport regulations and compliance requirements

- Possess a Work Diary and be able to use it

- Able to “pass” a driving test and company medical with drug and alcohol testing

- Checkable References and Service NSW Licence Printout
