Byng Street Local Store is a busy, much-loved café in the heart of Orange, and we’re looking for Cafe All-Rounders and Barista to join our team.

We want someone who genuinely enjoys hospitality, someone who loves a busy morning, knows how to make a great coffee, can have a laugh with the team and understands that the little things are what keep customers coming back.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll be part of a team that keeps the café running smoothly, from the first coffee of the morning through to the lunchtime rush.

Your days could include:

- Making consistently outstanding coffee

- Taking orders and looking after customers

- Preparing food and keeping the cabinet looking its best

- Running food and drinks

- Keeping the café clean, organised and ready for service

- Jumping in wherever the team needs you

- Creating the kind of experience that makes people want to come back

What we’re looking for

You’ll fit right in if you:

- Have barista experience, or are keen to learn

- Love working with people





- Are energetic, reliable and switched on

- Can keep your cool when it gets busy

- Take pride in what you do

- Are a team player who doesn’t wait to be asked

- Have a genuine interest in hospitality

- Bring a good attitude to every shift

Experience is great, but personality, work ethic and a willingness to learn matter just as much.
