Epiroc Australia is looking for an experienced Planner(Service Optimisation - West) based in Perth and is ready to own a dynamic scope.
As the Planner (Service Optimisation - West), you will play an essential role in delivering various scopes for our operational teams in Kalgoorlie, Newman & Perth, bringing a variety of stakeholders and perspectives together to achieve results. You will be part of a supportive, dedicated and experienced team, with access to subject matter experts.
The key responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:
- Planning, preparation and implementation of maintenance schedules
- Scoping, forecasting, planning and tracking implemented major and minor jobs, including database management
- Working with the components and SX teams on component and SX maintenance
- Communicating with suppliers and supply chain for material availability
- Focus on various continuous improvement and optimisation initiatives and tasks
The successful applicant will ideally have:
- Planning, Supervisory and Warranty experience in an OEM environment
- Demonstrated experience in scheduling, resources planning, project management
- Strong problem solving and, analytical skills with a strategic mindset
- Be a self-starter with a high standard of organisational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems
- Intermediate to advanced computer literacy including Microsoft Project and Excel
- Be willing to travel periodically as required to support multiple operations
We are looking for someone who is adaptable, able to tolerate uncertainty, has strong customer relationship engagement skills and is collaborative with a team focused approach.
As part of our recruitment process, we require a National Police Clearance, pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screen amongst other verification requirements.
