Due to continued growth, Ohlmec Pty Ltd are currently seeking Mechanical Supervisors/Superintendents to join our team for upcoming and ongoing Projects, Maintenance & Production across the Goldfields.

Ongoing Casual / 8:6 / 2:1 rosters available.

This position will be responsible for supervising personnel and provide technical support to ensure operational activities are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with client and company expectations.

The role requires strong technical ability, attention to detail, and the capability to work as leader.

CRITERIA

- Relevant Trade Qualification (Australian Recognised)

- White Card

- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a leadership role

- CSE, GTA, WAH within 2 years

- Hold a valid (or willing to obtain) a National Police Clearance within 1 year





- Ability to undergo a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screenings as required

- S26 - Statutory Mining Supervisor (desirable)

- Current Australian driver’s license (desirable)

- Solid communication and leadership skills.

- Strong commitment towards safety and quality

- Motivated and hard working with a qualified attitude

TASKS MAY INCLUDE;

- Supervise work crews and coordinate daily activities.

- Conduct pre-starts and toolbox meetings.

- Monitor workforce productivity and compliance.

- Provide technical support and problem-solving assistance.

- Ensure safe work practices are maintained.

- Assist with planning and scheduling activities.

- Complete reports and documentation accurately.
