About the Role

We currently have an ongoing Associate Nurse Unit Manager position available at both campus's

Skipton (1.0 EFT) Full time with ADO's and including some weekends and night shifts

Beaufort (0.2 EFT) Permanent Part Time (8hrs a week) including some weekends and night shifts

The Associate Nurse Unit Manager plays a leading role in the implementation and delivery of clinical services across urgent care, acute care and residential aged care integrated units.

The Associate Nurse Unit Manager (ANUM) is an integral member of the management team, working to support the Nurse Unit Manager in an effective, high quality and financially productive service. To ensure the delivery of quality person centered care in an efficient clinical environment. The ANUM is required to have a clinical workload as well as management of staff and consumers. On an afterhours basis the ANUM regularly assumes the Grade 5 in charge role.
