Tranzmile Wacol is looking for an experienced/senior parts interpreter to join our team.

Our Wacol branch is continuing to grow quickly so we need excellent people to join our team and support our customers and fellow staff.

We are looking for a candidate with experience in the parts industry, which may be across truck, trailer, automotive, agricultural or the industrial sectors.

We may sell parts, but we are really in the customer service business and we pride ourselves on being the best in the industry.

In this role you will be supported with a proactive team that is driven to succeed and motivated to deliver great outcomes for our clients. You will also have access to some of the industries best technology to support you in your day to day role.

Key attributes required for this role

- Experience in providing sales or technical experience within the industrial, automotive or similar industry

- Client focused and excellent customer service skills

- Computer literate

- Self-motivated and reliable with the maturity to work without direct supervision

- Be a team player with high attention to detail

- Solid time management skills

- Display a positive attitude and work ethic

- Punctual and Excellent communication skills

- Open drivers licence

Key Responsibilities

- Use our various EPC's to look up parts by makes, model and variations to determine the right parts.





- Timely supply of parts through the receivable and dispatch process

- Prepare invoices for the sale of stock

- Provide industry best levels of service to customers in branch, by email or phone and online

- Be part of a dedicated team who has a drive to achieve

- Work with our owner and branch manager to nuture and grow key customer accounts.

- Work with our senior management team on product development and branch product stocking ranges.

Salary will be negotiated with the best applicant and is flexible. We will adjust our package for the best applicant but you will be paid at or above industry averages.
