Westfund is looking for an exceptional Chief Information Officer to lead the next evolution of our technology, digital, data, cybersecurity, AI and automation capability.

Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer and working closely with the Board and Executive Management Team, you will have enterprise-wide influence. You will set the technology vision, strengthen resilience and cyber maturity, establish clear architecture and governance, and ensure investment delivers measurable business and member outcomes.

Your impact

You will:

- Define and deliver Westfund’s enterprise technology, digital and data strategies.
- Lead cybersecurity, operational resilience, architecture, infrastructure, applications and service delivery.
- Turn data, AI and automation into responsible, practical business value.
- Strengthen technology governance, performance reporting and investment discipline.
- Build trusted partnerships with executives, the Board,



business leaders and strategic vendors.
- Lead and develop a capable, accountable and future-focused technology team.

About you

You are a credible and commercially astute technology executive who can combine strategic judgement with strong technical foundations and communicate complexity in clear business language.

You will bring senior technology leadership experience across areas such as enterprise architecture, cloud, cybersecurity, data, digital delivery, resilience and vendor management. Experience in private health insurance, financial services, healthcare or another regulated workplace will be highly regarded, but leadership maturity, sound judgement and the ability to build a high-performing technology function matter most.
