About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced General Practice Enrolled Nurse to support our clinical team in delivering exceptional patient care. Working closely with GPs, nurses and support staff, you will play a key role in creating a positive experience for our patients while ensuring safe, efficient clinical outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with care planning, chronic disease management and health assessments.
- Perform clinical procedures including wound care, vaccinations and health screening activities.
- Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation.
- Collaborate with GPs and the broader healthcare team to deliver outstanding patient outcomes.
- Promote preventative health initiatives and patient education.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:





- Current Enrolled Nurse registration with AHPRA.
- Previous experience in general practice, primary care, community health or a similar clinical setting.
- Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A proactive, team-oriented approach.
- A genuine passion for patient-centred healthcare.
