About the role

Genovation is looking for reliable, experienced and committed Disability Support Carers to join our team in Gregory Hills and the surrounding Macarthur area. We support people living with disability who may have complex physical, personal care, mobility and behavioural support needs. We are looking for carers who genuinely enjoy this work, understand the responsibility that comes with it, and can work as part of a consistent and professional team.

Key responsibilities

- Support people living with disability who may have complex physical, personal care, mobility and behavioural support needs
- Support participants in the community and with daily activities
- Follow individual support plans and procedures
- Work as part of a consistent and professional team

About you

- Previous experience in disability support and/or a relevant qualification such as Certificate III in Individual Support, Disability or equivalent




- Experience with personal care and supporting people with higher or complex needs is highly regarded
- A caring, patient and respectful approach
- Reliability and punctuality
- Valuable communication skills and the ability to follow individual support plans and procedures
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Hold, or be willing and eligible to obtain, NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Hold, or be willing and eligible to obtain, Working With Children Check
- Current First Aid and CPR
- Current driver's licence and reliable and clean vehicle
