We're partnering with a fast-growing global advertising technology business to appoint a Business Development Manager to drive continued growth across the Melbourne market.

This organisation's omnichannel advertising offering spans mobile, desktop, video, CTV, programmatic, measurement and commerce, combining proprietary technology, premium publisher partnerships and creative capability.

This is a hands-on sales role combining new business development and account management, working across direct clients, independent agencies, major agency groups and programmatic partners.

Key activities

- Develop new business and grow existing accounts across Victoria
- Build relationships with direct clients, agencies, trading desks and programmatic teams
- Deliver against quarterly and annual revenue targets
- Identify opportunities across programmatic and direct advertising
- Manage commercial negotiations and key trading relationships
- Work with creative, programmatic, marketing and account management teams to develop client solutions
- Maintain a strong pipeline and provide explicit forecasting and reporting

You may currently be a Sales Manager, Business Development Manager, or Account Manager within media, digital advertising,



AdTech or a related environment.

Ideally, you'll bring:

- Strong relationships across the Victorian agency and/or direct client market
- A proven ability to generate new business and grow accounts
- Exposure to programmatic advertising, trading desks or DSPs
- Strong commercial, presentation and negotiation skills
- The confidence to engage senior agency and client stakeholders
- A proactive, entrepreneurial and customer-focused approach
