About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Sales Support Representative to join our Melbourne team on a full-time, office-based basis. In this role, you'll be the vital link between our sales team and our customers — helping to ensure every enquiry, order, and follow-up is handled promptly and professionally.

You'll spend your day managing a high volume of inbound and outbound calls and emails, supporting our sales representatives behind the scenes while also communicating directly with customers to resolve queries, process requests, and keep them informed. Regular, ongoing customer contact is a core part of this role, so you'll need to be confident, personable, and comfortable representing the business on every interaction.

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide day-to-day sales support to the sales team, helping them stay focused on building customer relationships and closing business

2. Handle inbound and outbound calls and emails with customers in a timely, professional manner

3.



Liaise directly with customers to answer questions, follow up on orders, and resolve issues

4. Direct sales phone calls to customers

5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and enquiries

6. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met efficiently

7. Build and maintain strong working relationships with both customers and colleagues

About You

1. Previous experience in a sales support, customer service, internal sales, or similar customer-facing role

2. Confident and skilled phone and email manner, with experience managing a high volume of inbound and outbound contact

3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike

4. Well organised, with valuable attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities

5. A team player who is proactive, reliable, and customer-focused
