Flooring Sales Representative (Western VIC)

Ideally, you’ll have experience in flooring sales but you’re seeking a role where you can grow and make it your own. Working in a region with enormous growth potential, you’ll relish the chance to set the bar high, drive sales and build the Victorian sector of the business.

What experience is required?

To be considered, you’ll possess;

- Background in flooring sales (required)

- Experience selling to flooring retailers (required)

- High level of presentation and communication skills

- Target driven, eager, enthusiastic with a great work ethic!

- Excellent people skills, adaptable and reliable

- Hard working and willing to learn new company procedures and approaches

The ideal candidate will be an assertive, confident and energetic person, who is self-motivated and a quick learner.



You’re a people person who enjoys developing relationships and delivering excellent customer service. You enjoy travelling, being out on the road and visiting different stores and you’re happy with overnight stays when required.

Candidates with previous work experience in the flooring industry will be highly regarded, however product training specific to our company will be provided and ongoing.

What would be your key responsibilities?

- Servicing retail outlets throughout Western Victoria

- Merchandising all stores with stands/sampling requirements

- Meeting/Exceeding KPIs outlined

- Full Time Monday-Friday

- Overnight regional stays required
