The Role
As Recruitment Advisor, you will manage end-to-end recruitment across a diverse portfolio, including Communities, Retail, and Land & Culture. Partnering closely with operational leaders, you will attract and mobilise talent dedicated to supporting essential services in remote locations.

Key Responsibilities

- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full lifecycle—advertising, sourcing, interviewing, offers, and onboarding—for remote-based positions.
- Mobilisation & Logistics: Coordinate candidate travel, housing, background checks, and compliance for remote deployments in partnership with operations.
- Targeted Sourcing: Build talent pipelines using community networks, Indigenous employment providers, referrals, and niche job boards.
- Workforce Partnering: Consult with hiring managers on roster demands, headcount planning, and talent attraction strategies.
- Field Visits:



Travel to remote communities periodically to build operational relationships and support local hiring pathways.

What We Are Looking For

- Experience: Proven track record in end-to-end recruitment, ideally within regional, remote, NFP, or high-volume operational sectors.
- Logistics Acumen: Solid understanding of mobilisation requirements, compliance, and pre-employment checks for remote sites.
- Stakeholder Skills: Outstanding relationship-building skills with the ability to advise and influence diverse internal and external leaders.
- Adaptability: A proactive, self-starter mindset capable of balancing competing vacancies in a rapid-paced environment.
- Desirable: Qualifications in HR/Business, or prior experience working with Aboriginal or community-focused organisations.
