Labourforce is currently seeking reliable Order Pickers to join ALDI's busy distribution centre in Brendale, QLD.

We have multiple positions available across Ambient and Freezer operations, offering consistent hours, competitive pay, and ongoing work within a fast-paced warehouse environment.

These are hands-on picking roles using EPJ equipment and Voice Pick technology, suited to candidates who are physically fit, reliable, and comfortable working in temperature-controlled environments.

Available Positions

Ambient Order Pickers – 10 Positions

- $35.54 per hour
- Room-temperature environment
- Enclosed warehouse/shed
- 5:00am starts (occasionally 4:00am)
- Finish approximately 1:00pm
- Potential overtime available

Freezer Order Pickers – 10 Positions

- $37.90 per hour
- -24°C freezer environment
- 5:00am starts (occasionally 4:00am)
- Finish approximately 1:00pm
- Potential overtime available

Fridge work may also be required at approximately 4°C.

Roster Details

- Rotating roster
- 9 days per fortnight
- 1 weekend on / 1 weekend off
- Roster will generally follow a pattern such as:
- Week 1: Monday – Wednesday + weekend
- Week 2: Wednesday – Sunday

- Flexibility to work the allocated rotating roster is essential

About the Role

As an Order Picker, you will work within ALDI's distribution operation preparing stock for stores across the region.

You'll use Voice Pick technology and EPJ equipment to accurately pick and prepare grocery products for dispatch.

Key Responsibilities

- Picking grocery products using Voice Pick systems
- Operating EPJ equipment




- Accurately picking stock according to store requirements
- Building and preparing pallets for dispatch
- Moving stock safely throughout the warehouse
- Working within Ambient, Fridge and/or Freezer environments
- Maintaining productivity and accuracy targets
- Following all workplace health and safety procedures
- Keeping work areas clean and organised

What We're Looking For

- Previous warehouse, order picking or pick packing experience highly regarded
- Voice Pick experience highly regarded
- EPJ experience highly regarded
- Physically fit and comfortable performing repetitive manual handling
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable and punctual work ethic
- Ability to work in cold/freezer environments where required
- Comfortable with early morning starts
- Ability to commit to the rotating roster
- Strong understanding of workplace safety
- Full Australian working rights
