About the role
This is a wide-ranging role spanning HR, employee experience, office management and business administration. Working closely with the firm's leadership and broader team, you will have the opportunity to take genuine ownership of the role, contribute ideas and help improve how we support our people and operate as a growing firm.
Key responsibilities
- Helping shape the new and current employee experience, including onboarding, inductions and employee initiatives
- Supporting recruitment, HR administration and processes across the employee lifecycle
- Improving office management processes, procedures and administrative systems
- Coordinating day-to-day office operations
- Managing and preparing client and business reporting
- Supporting internal projects and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
About you
- Experience in HR, administration, office management or a similar role
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A professional,
approachable manner and ability to build strong relationships
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and business systems
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach and willingness to improve existing processes
- Discretion when handling confidential employee and business information
