Blind Design Devonport is looking for a reliable, self-motivated and personable person to join our small team as a Blind Installer / Customer Service Team Member.

This is a hands-on role that combines installation work with customer service. You will spend much of your time working independently, visiting customers in their homes and installing our range of blinds and curtains.

About the role

Your responsibilities will include:

- Installing a range of custom-made blinds and curtains

- Visiting customers in their homes and providing friendly, professional service

- Communicating with customers before, during and after installation

- Taking customer payments

- Measuring and checking installations

- Problem solving and finding practical solutions on site

- Maintaining a neat and professional appearance

- Working independently and managing your daily workload

- Working as part of our small team when required

- Learning other areas of the business and assisting where needed

About you

Previous blind installation experience is not essential.

Full training will be provided to the successful applicant. We are more interested in finding the right person with the right attitude, work ethic and willingness to learn.

Communication is particularly important in this role. You will be representing Blind Design Devonport in our customers' homes, so we want someone who enjoys meeting people and takes pride in providing outstanding customer service.
