We're now building AI directly into our tools, including our AI Estimating Module, to help estimators, quantity surveyors, builders, and subcontractors work faster and win more work.

About the role:

Reporting directly to the Head of Revenue & Growth, you'll own the end-to-end expansion and adoption motion for our product suite across the Buildsoft customer base. Your first mission is to drive deep adoption of the AI Estimating Module, helping teams ingrain it into their takeoff and estimating workflows and helping understand where the product needs to go next. You'll start with a defined slice of the customer journey, onboarding customers successfully onto the AI Estimating Module, and use that as the blueprint to build repeatable success motions across the broader Buildsoft product suite. As you establish traction, the role expands into revenue, upselling the AI module into existing accounts and, over time, taking on broader commercial responsibility across the full product suite.

Key responsibilities:

- Own the end-to-end onboarding journey for the AI Estimating Module, from first login to active, habitual use

- Drive adoption and usage metrics that demonstrate clear product value, identifying and mitigating churn risk early through playbooks built with Product and Product Marketing

- Work directly with Product to prioritise opportunities that drive more value in the AI Estimating Module





- Upsell the AI Estimating Module into existing accounts that haven't yet adopted it, against clear commercial targets

- Build and deploy AI-assisted workflows that scale your own impact, automating the repeatable and accelerating the strategic

- Map and refine the AI Estimating Module adoption journey, then apply those learnings to scale success motions across the broader product suite

About you:

- Proven track record in a CSM/AM role in a SaaS environment. We'll also consider candidates with hands-on construction industry experience and a solid understanding of construction workflows, in place of direct CSM/AM background.

- Demonstrated experience building and shipping AI-assisted workflows using tools like Claude, ChatGPT, or Zapier, automating tasks such as customer health monitoring, personalised outreach sequences, or synthesising product feedback at scale

- Commercially sharp, comfortable owning an upsell number and working a pipeline

- Strong communicator who can engage credibly at the executive level and build trust with hands-on users in equal measure

- Familiarity with Cubit Estimating or similar estimating and takeoff tools (bonus)

- Experience mapping and optimising customer journeys in a product-led or usage-led context (bonus)

- Exposure to product analytics tools (bonus)
