About you
- Minimum 2 years CDP or strong Demi Chef experience
- Restaurant, bistro, or food-led pub background
- Strong organisation and service skills
- Calm under pressure with attention to detail
- Passion for European and British-inspired cuisine
- Team-focused attitude and positive energy
