ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead our Kotara (Newcastle) team.

This is an prospect for a confident and commercially minded retail leader who enjoys taking ownership of a store, developing a team and creating an exceptional customer experience.

You will be responsible for the overall performance of the store — from sales and commercial results through to team development, customer experience and presentation standards.

We are looking for someone who can lead from the front, set a strong standard for their team and create an environment where people enjoy coming to work and are motivated to achieve great results.

Previous footwear or fashion experience is advantageous, but not essential. More important is your ability to lead people, drive performance and deliver a consistently high standard of customer experience.

ABOUT YOU

You are an experienced retail leader who understands that great stores are built through excellent people, strong standards and consistent execution.

You will be someone who:

- Has proven experience leading a retail team and driving commercial performance

- Is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences





- Leads by example and is comfortable being hands-on on the shop floor

- Enjoys coaching, developing and motivating a team

- Has a strong understanding of retail KPIs and knows how to turn results into action

- Takes pride in store presentation, product and brand standards

- Creates a positive, accountable and high-performing team culture

- Is commercially driven, energetic and solutions-focused

- Takes ownership and follows through on commitments

- Enjoys working with quality products and representing a well-established brand
