Established in 1994, we provide professional financial advice, and value our client relationships both long term and new.

About the opportunity

Due to our expanding business needs, we are on the lookout for an experienced and proactive client services officer, someone who owns advice implementation end-to-end and is the trusted first point of contact. This is a full-time position based in our Baylis Street Wagga Wagga office.

We are looking for someone who takes ownership, leads with initiative, works well with others and enjoys being the central point of coordination in a professional and client-focused environment.

What we're looking for

- Previous experience in an office or administration role (experience with professional services highly regarded)

- Strong organisation skills and ability to manage competing priorities

- Excellent communication skills in a polished and professional manner

- High level of detail and reliability with a warm phone manner

- Confidence working with digital systems and AI

- Experience with Xplan and DocuSign desirable

- Ability to switch between tasks and prioritise by urgency

- Ability to work as part of a team and be willing to learn

Key responsibilities





- Act as the primary reception contact – welcoming clients, managing phone enquiries and liaising with clients professionally and confidentially

- Manage daily office operations and administration

- Provide support to the financial advisers including diary management

- Provide high level, responsive client service

- Prepare client files for review meetings

- Liaise with external insurers and platforms, placing trades, implementing all advice from ROA’s and SOA’s: rollovers, contributions, pension commencements, insurance.
