Join the Little Eagles team in Richmond – a warm, community-focused early learning service right on the RAAF Base. We provide education and care for up to 76 children, proudly supporting Defence families with a safe, nurturing, and high-quality workplace.

What You’ll Need:

- Essential: Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care or Diploma
- A current Working with Children Check
- Robust communication skills and a friendly, positive attitude
- Experience supporting children with additional needs
- A flexible and reliable approach, with genuine enthusiasm for early education
- An eagerness to connect with Defence families and our unique community
