ACURIO Health is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to the Group CEO, CEO and senior leadership team.

Based in Penrith, this is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised, proactive and polished EA to become a trusted partner to senior leadership in a growing healthcare organisation.

About the role

You will manage executive diaries, meetings, minute taking, travel, correspondence and presentations, while coordinating key projects, stakeholder relationships, audits and quality activities. You’ll also provide support across financial administration, reporting and business improvement initiatives.

About you

You will have 3-5 years' senior-level EA experience, excellent organisational and communication skills, strong attention to detail and advanced MS Office capability. Experience within a private hospital or healthcare setting will be highly regarded.

Above all, you will be professional, approachable and solutions-focused, with the discretion,



integrity and confidence to work effectively with people at all levels of an organisation.

Selection Criteria

- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a senior Executive Assistant role

- Relevant TAFE/Certificate/Diploma qualification in Business Administration or related discipline, or working towards one

- Exceptional organisation, time management and prioritisation skills

- Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills

- Advanced Microsoft Office skills

- High level of attention to detail and accuracy

- Demonstrated ability to manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion and integrity

- Proven ability to anticipate needs, manage competing priorities and meet deadlines

- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work effectively with people at all levels

- Professional, approachable and customer-focused manner

- Demonstrated problem-solving, decision-making and continuous improvement skills

- Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment

- Commitment to quality, compliance, privacy and professional standards

- Private hospital or healthcare experience highly regarded
