As a Consultant or Senior Consultant in our Talent Data Solutions team, you will help bring that value to life.

Working with our Human Capital Analytics platform powered by the Radford McLagan Compensation Database (RMCD), you'll partner with HR and Reward leaders to help them participate in our remuneration programs, maximise the value of our insights and make informed decisions using trusted market data.

You'll develop expertise across rewards, workforce analytics,



client management and commercial strategy while building a highly sought-after skill set at the intersection of data, technology and human capital.

Responsibilities

Build trusted client partnerships

- Develop strong relationships with HR, Reward and People leaders across a portfolio of clients.

- Become a trusted partner, helping clients navigate remuneration benchmarking, market data and platform capabilities.

- Deliver an exceptional client experience through proactive engagement and practical guidance.

- Help clients maximise the value they receive from their participation in Aon's Talent Data Solutions ecosystem.

- Partner with colleagues across Aon to connect clients with broader expertise and solutions when appropriate.

Drive successful renewals and portfolio growth

- Manage annual renewals across a portfolio of clients.

- Clearly articulate the value of Aon's data, methodology, insights and technology.

- Identify opportunities to strengthen client engagement and long-term retention.

- Support portfolio growth through exceptional client outcomes and strong commercial discipline.

- Maintain an understanding of client priorities, challenges and future business needs.

Maintain the integrity of our data ecosystem

- Guide clients through remuneration data submission and validation processes.

- Ensure data quality, consistency and accuracy through detailed review and analysis.

- Support the methodologies that underpin trusted market insights.

- Work collaboratively with clients and colleagues to resolve data queries and improve outcomes.

- Contribute to continuous improvements in processes, client experience and data quality.
