About the role

Jura Australia Espresso Pty Ltd is seeking a skilled and reliable Coffee Machine Technician to join our growing technical team. This is a full-time position based in Hawthorn East, VIC.

As a Coffee Machine Technician, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and servicing of JURA's fully automatic coffee machines for our diverse client base. This role is crucial to ensuring our customers receive optimal performance from their coffee machines as well as maintaining Jura's reputation for the highest quality aftersales care.

Key responsibilities

- Diagnose technical faults and perform repairs efficiently using diagnostic tools and technical manuals;

- Perform routine maintenance and preventative servicing to ensure machines operate at peak performance;

- Replace worn or faulty components including pumps, electronic parts and/or external machine parts;

- Responsibility for the care and use of workshop tools and equipment and ensuring they are returned to the correct place after use or at the end of the day;

- Keeping up to date with business-specific web business platforms and technical animation systems;

- Ensure work areas are clean, safe and well maintained;

- Manage, monitor and maintain technical knowledge of all past and current fully automatic coffee machines and services.

What we're looking for

- Experience within the electrical services industry is highly desirable, and experience in servicing coffee machines would be an added bonus;

- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues;

- Proficiency with hand tools, and diagnostic testing equipment;

- Sound understanding of hydraulic systems,



electrical components and water systems;

- Sound knowledge of spare parts and some knowledge of inventory management would be advantageous;

- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate technical information clearly;

- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship;

- A team player having the ability to work well within a team, with a positive attitude is a must-have.
