You will take ownership of an established engineering & construction desk, managing long-standing client relationships across the state. To succeed, you'll need to demonstrate proven expertise across the key pillars of the role:

- Acquisition and Client Management: You'll be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and nurturing strong relationships with clients.
- Recruitment and Candidate Management: You'll manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening top-tier technical talent to conducting interviews and managing the offer process. You will be a trusted advisor to candidates, guiding them through their career journey.
- Administration and Reporting: You'll use our bespoke systems to manage your pipeline and provide valuable insights on market trends to your clients.

To be considered for this role, you will need:

- 3+ years of previous white-collar recruitment consulting experience.
- Knowledge and/or experience within the engineering, construction highly desireable.
- Strong numeracy and IT skills.
- This position will require the successful applicant to travel within the metro region to visit clients. A clean and valid drivers license will be required.
