An industry leader in the Logistics & Mining Haulage industry are requiring experienced Diesel Fitter to join their team in Fassifern on a 5-6 day a week roster.
Applicants must reside locally in Newcastle / Fassifern or have accommodation options, possess an Australian recognized trade certificate, and an excellent attitude toward safety.
What to Expect?
- A weeks of 5 days starting at 5am and then a week of afternoons staring at 2 pm
- $46 to $56 P/hr Depending on fulltime work or ongoing casual work
- Working in a Mining Workshop
- Responsible for the servicing & repairs of truck & trailers ( Volvo Trucks)
- Servicing of mobile plant when required
- Prospect to grow within the company!
Requirements
- Driver’s license and Own car
- Order 43 or a Medical 45 – Required
- MC Licence – Preferred but not essential
- Previous experience on mining trailers & trucks – Highly Regarded
