Reporting to the Group Payroll Operations Manager, you'll be the key go-to expert, ensuring smooth payroll operations for 16,000+ team members across ANZ.About the RoleOversee day-to-day payroll operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across Australia and New Zealand.Coach and develop a high-performing team of Payroll Officers and Administrators—allocating work, mentoring, and supporting their growth.Manage monthly payroll tax, superannuation & 3rd Party payments with precision.Stay ahead of legislative updates, ensuring compliance with payroll calculations, terminations, and reporting requirements.Act as the key contact for all ABS returns and payroll reporting.Champion process improvements and partner with the Payroll Leadership Team to implement meaningful change.About YouProven experience managing payroll in a large, multi-site business (Australia & ideally NZ),
