Our client is seeking a Senior Analyst to join its growing Valuations team in Sydney.
This is an excellent opportunity for a high-performing qualified with an audit, corporate finance, transaction services, or valuation background to build specialist experience within a collaborative advisory practice.
You'll support the delivery of independent business valuations, financial modelling, and advisory work across a variety of client needs, including M&A;, financial reporting, tax, disputes, and strategic decision‐making.
Key responsibilities include:
Preparing business valuation analyses, financial models, and client deliverablesAnalysing financial information, market data, industry trends,



and comparable companiesSupporting senior team members across a varied portfolio of valuation engagementsBuilding trusted relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
To be successful, you'll bring:
CA/CPA qualification, or progress toward completionExperience in audit, corporate finance, deals, transaction services, consulting, or valuationsStrong financial analysis and Excel/modelling capabilityClear communication skills and excellent attention to detailA genuine interest in valuation and commercial advisory work
