Since then, we've grown into one of Australia's fastest-growing breweries, the biggest in Western Sydney, and held the #1 spot in the GABS Top 100 for four years running.As our Senior Finance Manager, you'll lead the day-to-day operation of the finance function - owning financial reporting, compliance, cash flow, payroll and cost accounting, while leading our offshore finance team.
This is a hands-on, commercially minded role based at our Emu Plains office, right at the heart of the business as we continue to scale.What you'll doPrepare monthly reports (P&L;, balance sheet reconciliations) and manage month-end close, including accruals and prepaymentsMaintain daily cash flow and weekly AR/AP reporting, and report actuals against forecast and budgetPrepare BAS/IAS lodgements and manage excise tax and container deposit scheme complianceOwn BOM accuracy and production variance reporting (sales, labour, overheads), partnering with the Production ManagerDrive process improvement in overhead/labour rate allocation and maintain the Fixed Assets RegisterManage payroll processing, financial systems improvement,
