Regional Superintendent / Construction ManagerDurack Civil is a rapidly growing civil contractor delivering major infrastructure, transport and subdivision projects across Queensland.
With a robust pipeline of secured work and ambitious growth plans, we are seeking an experienced Regional Superintendent to join our senior leadership team.This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives on project delivery, team leadership and driving outcomes in the field.
Reporting to senior management, you'll be responsible for supporting and mentoring Supervisors, coordinating resources across projects, removing roadblocks and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to programme.You'll work closely with Project Managers and site teams while maintaining visibility across your portfolio of projects, helping ensure each project has the leadership, support and resources needed to succeed.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and support Supervisors across multiple civil construction projectsDrive project performance, productivity and programme achievementEnsure projects are delivered safely, on time and to budgetCoordinate labour,
