Monash Health is seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Consultant to join the IBD service at Monash Medical Centre, Clayton.
You will provide expert clinical consultancy, manage a defined caseload and lead nurse-led clinics and the IBD helpline.The role focuses on advanced IBD practice, including biologic therapies, and involves developing resources, pathways and models of care while contributing to education, research and service improvements across the multidisciplinary team.
