The role will report into the Deputy General Counsel – Claims.
The role will involve providing strategic legal advice across a range of complex matters, influencing claims outcomes and mentoring junior lawyers.Key ResponsibilitiesProviding coverage/indemnity advice across the general claims division across: public liability, property and skilled indemnity claimsAssisting with strategic input into litigated and un-litigated disputesThis role is instrumental to the claims function by providing: improved claims decision, reduced disputes,
