Hervey Bay RSL is seeking a Sous Chef to assist the Head Chef and lead daily kitchen operations across our Fraser Coast venues in Queensland.
You will ensure high-quality meals, support menu development, and supervise kitchen staff to deliver excellent service.The role requires a Diploma/Cert IV in Hospitality or Tourism (or 5 years in a senior chef position), robust food safety knowledge, and the ability to manage staff and inventory effectively.
