Senior Legal Assistant - Family Law - Hybrid RoleAn exciting prospect has become available for a Senior Family Law Legal Assistant to join a well-established Melbourne CBD law firm.making it a rare chance to step into a stable and respected team.Working alongside an experienced Family Law team, you will provide high-level support across a broad range of complex family law matters, including high-net-worth property settlements, parenting matters, financial agreements, maintenance issues, divorce and child support.The Role You will play a key role supporting the wider Family Law team, with responsibilities include:Preparing correspondence, Court documents and briefs to CounselDiary and calendar managementPreparing and filing Court documentsTrial preparation and brief managementLiaising with clients,



Barristers and other external partiesMaintaining electronic files and document managementBilling and general practice administrationProviding high-level support across a busy Family Law practiceAbout You To be successful in this position, you will have:A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Family Law Legal AssistantStrong experience supporting complex Family Law mattersExcellent organisational and time management skillsExceptional written and verbal communication skillsHigh attention to detail and the ability to manage competing prioritiesA proactive, skilled and team-focused approachWhat's on Offer?
