VitalCALL, backed by Chubb Fire & Security, is seeking an Emergency Response Operator in Salisbury, Australia.
You will respond to help-button activations, assess situations, liaise with Ambulance Services, and notify family members with reassurance during critical moments.
This 100% office-based role requires handling a high volume of calls with empathy, following procedures, and delivering calm, qualified support to customers and their families.
